On 19 May 2026, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, by Decision No. 147 A, granted KVERDI Fund Management LLC a license to manage non-public investment funds.
The decision was adopted pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(e) of the Law on the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, Articles 8.1 and 8.2 of the Law on Investment Funds, and Chapter 3 of Regulation 10/41 "Procedure for Granting a License to Manage a Non-Public Investment Fund," approved by CBA Board Decision No. 127-N of 29 July 2025.
The license was granted based on the conclusion of the CBA Licensing and Supervision Committee (Minutes No. 24 of 13 May 2026).
With this step, KVERDI Fund Management becomes a fund manager supervised by the Central Bank of Armenia and reinforces its commitment to contributing to the development of Armenia's capital market through discipline, transparency, and a long-term vision.
